The pool itself has been designed so that it is nice and simple for the DIYer to build. Everything that you need to know about building a plunge pools is in this guide.

How good will this be relaxing in your backyard? The plumbing is straight forward and very well documented in the DIY guide.

The design is not set in stone. You can of course modify the dimensions and the seating as you wish. You can see from some of the pictures on the left hand side how this design can be modified by you the DIYer.

Pool builders will charge in excess of $30K to build you one of these. You should be able to comfortably do it under $10K. Less if you opt for a painted finish rather than tiles and you do it yourself without contractors.

The design makes use of an Electric Heater. However, if you want to go down the Propane, NG or Air Source Heat Pump, there is a section in the guide that tells you how to do that too.
