COMPLETE Cedar/Wood Hot Tub Plumbing Kit – Just add a Tub and Pipe! (16 Jets)

This is a Complete DIY Plumbing Kit to help you build your own Wood Hot Tub.

This plumbing kit will enable you to add jets and lower drains (you need 2 for safety and to maintain water flow to your pump) to your wood tub to begin to turn this into a Hot Tub. Connect to your pump, filter, spa pack heater (and controls) and blower and you have a fully functional wood hot tub. The kit will rival something that will cost 4 or 5 times the total cost of your build!

Parts will require assembly and some DIY skills. You will need to purchase PVC Pipe & Cement from your local pool supplier.

Holes for the jets need to be cut from the tub at 65mm or 2.56″ with a suitable hole cutter

Holes for the drains need to be cut from the tub at 85mm or 3.35″ with a suitable hole cutter

Main Parts Explanation

4KW Balboa Spa Pack

Included with this kit, is the latest Balboa 4KW electric spa heater and control unit, complete with topside controls. This allows you to control your wood hot tub’s heater, pump, jets and air blower. This unit is found in regular plastic shell hot tubs that can cost upwards of $10K!

Air Blower

The air blower adds “bubbles” to your wood hot tub and increases the power of the jets. Please note, the image of the actual blower supplied may vary.

Dual Speed 2HP Pump

A dual speed 2HP pump takes care of your wood hot tub’s circulation as well as jets. At low speed it will filter and heat your tub and at high speed you can enjoy the jets a plenty. Please note, the image of the actual pump supplied may vary.

25sqft Filter

Included is a cartridge filter which you will use to filter your water in the wood hot tub. No need to keep emptying and refilling. This setup is exactly the same as you find on hot tubs costing upwards of $7K!
