I put together this website as a resource for DIYers like me building hot tubs and plunge pools. However, I know that there is just some assurance to have someone at the end of an email, phone or video call that you can reach out to when you get stuck or want to run an idea past. This is what this package is for.

Have you bought the parts and don’t know how the go together?

If you have self-sourced the parts that you need for your hot tub or plunge pool project and would like some guidance in putting these together – then this is the package for you.

Do you need some help with the configuration?

You have bought the parts and you are not sure how to make them work – then I can help. I’m familiar with most brands of hot tub parts and if I am not, I will research them until I can help assist.

What is covered in this package?

Emails, phone calls, examining your photos that you send, troubleshooting any issues with you that you are having with the kit. Video calls can also be arranged too. My goal is to get you through to the end of your project and get you enjoying your hot tub or plunge pool.

How much consultancy do you provide?

How long is a piece of string? Not the answer you were looking for I guess! I think the honest answer here is enough to get you through your build. I expect plentiful email exchanges and phone calls when necessary. I am not like a lawyer looking at the clock – I’m here to get you through to the end of your build. If I feel you are “over using” the consultancy then I will of course say so – this however, has never happened yet to give you an idea!

How Long does the consultancy last for?

Easy – until your build is done! It does not expire.

What is not covered in this package

This consultancy packaged does not cover any design work. I am not expecting to produce any CAD designs or drawings for your project. Happy to look over your own plans but If you need designs producing, then you need the full custom design package.
